If there is something that you are looking for that isn't on our site, please call or email us! We are a real store, and have many many more items (including books, singing bowls, incense, one of a kind crystals, and jewelry) that we carry in the store but are not offered online.
Items are shipped within 7-10 business days of receipt of order. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. According to the USPS: Priority packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 days to any destination. Returns/Exchanges, and adjustments must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original unopened condition and must include all original packaging. Oils, candles, incense, crystals, calendars, datebooks, and books are not returnable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items that are not in stock will be put on backorder, and will be shipped to you at no additional cost as soon as they are available. We're sorry but at this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.

If you have placed an order with us that contains 7 day pullout candles, and you are concerned with damages please note that items are carefully packed, and insured. If you find broken items upon opening your package you must go to the post office that delivered your package, and file a claim with them. Please bring with you: your package, including all merchandise, and your reciept. You may reorder from us anytime to replace your broken merchandise.
